Fixing broken profiles

If a profile is broken, you’ll need to reconnect it. Just click on the plug icon in the right-hand corner. Then, click on the broken profile and a “Reconnect” button should appear. Our system will recognize whichever profile you’re already logged into on your browser, so just be sure to login to the correct profile before going to reconnect it in SumAll.
